Firstly...we've been asked to appear on Channel 4's Hollyoaks later this month.....Performing 3 songs in the shows Student union. (The show will probably air around March time)
Also Talks tunes have been popping up in the backgroud on some channel 5 programmes..... Which is good news

Also aswell as The Talks boys working hard in the studio recording the new album. (which is sounding ace with the additional members Willis and Hekima now in the mix)
And booking Talks shows for the coming year........Festivals aswell
We also had time to create a bit of a video taster for our "Skinhead Moonstomp" which we have been asked to contribute to The Specialized compilation album which all proceeds go to teenage cancer trust!

The Talks are now back in the studio recording a new album for release in early 2012.
The band are now sticking to what they do best so expect it to be a good dose of English Ska
The tracks are already starting to come together and all the people in The Talks camp are buzzing over it already.

PHILL JUPITUS
"As someone who spent many a gig hanging around the jewel on the Humber with such eighties turns as 3 Action, The Gargoyles and of course The Housemartins, I was delighted to see The Talks in concert and realise that the flame of good music still burns bright in Hull..."
*****
PAUL HEATONĀ (ex Beautiful South)
"I like it [Teachers] because most Hull bands, myself included, are a little bit too modest and this band sound a little bit angry and cheeky."
